Return Policy

1. Standard Returns

We accept returns on all standard hardware and devices within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and with all factory seals intact. Customized or built-to-order rigs are non-refundable unless there is a critical hardware failure upon arrival.

2. Defective or Damaged Hardware

If you receive a defective unit or if damage occurred during transit, please initiate a support ticket immediately. Provide photographic evidence of the damage. We will dispatch a replacement unit via priority shipping and cover all return logistics for the damaged item.

3. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at our central facility, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

4. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning non-defective items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
